Saturday, July 26, 2008 Annual Lake Cleanup, August 17 to September 27. Saturday, July 26, 2008 :: 255 Views   The annual clean up of litter around the lake starts on August 17 and concludes on September 27, National Public Lands Day with a picnic, music and activities.  You should be receiving additional information from the Corps of Engineers before August 17, including a signup form. Now is a good time to do a lot of cleanup with the lake as low as it is. Be sure to sign up, participate, and come to the picnic. There'll be a lot of good music, activities for the kids, and door prizes.
