Brig. Gen. Schroedel, USACE, shares challenges with LHA Board of Directors

Brig. Gen. Joseph Schroedel, the commander of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division, invited the community to join him in meeting the challenges of scarce water and drought.
