Mike Massey, LHA board member and former President of LHA, has recently published an article in Lakeline – the North American Lake Management Society national magazine of water management. Mike has been very active in State and local activities regarding the management of water in Southeast water basins and in particular in the management of water in the Savannah River Basin.
